It contains the details of motor vehicle Tax paid details, Insurance and Driving licence details in one consolidate certificate with the photo of the registered owner affixed on it. . It enables the registered to carry this with the vehicle. 

Fees Rs. 10/- for two wheelers and Rs. 15/- for LMV.

Application to be made in white paper along with original Registration certificate, Tax card, Insurance, pollution under control certificate and Driving Licence.
